“Feeling more empowered.”

For years I’ve carried chronic neck and shoulder tension. My right side had very little mobility due to a self-defense class and horseback falls. While (under Network Care) it took about six months for me to feel my neck, get my shoulders back, plus move my tailbone.

Also, I’ve been releasing lots of stored up anger. Before I would numb these feelings by overeating to keep the anger contained. Now, it emerges more spontaneously. Yes, a few close friends don’t like it one bit, but I’m delighted that I’m becoming more authentic. I like feeling more empowered!

It’s been seven months since I began coming to Network. I had an open mind bout it, but I wasn’t sure how it could improve me, as I always have been in excellent health and physical condition. Then things started to happen. My already great endurance increased twofold, and my flexibility is AWESOME! Also, my senses have been awakened to a keenness I never thought was possible. I haven’t changed my fitness or healthy eating ways, so I attribute it to coming here and following the procedures. It has been a great experience and I look forward to even greater awareness.

“Made such good progress.”

My surgical experience has turned out just about as good as anyone could ever hope for or expect. And, I attribute that to your work-and certainly those bowls. I was walking a day after surgery. I was walking around the perimeter of the hotel the day after that, and I have been able to walk 4-8 miles since the second week post-op.

The thing I remember most strikingly, when I was moved to my room, is how well, deep and clear, I could breathe. My breathing was wide open, and that is because of your work. And that is why I have made such good progress. So, thank you very much for everything. It is greatly appreciated.

“Acknowledging my emotions, release old wounds.”

Though I first came to Dr. Hans to heal my sleep apnea, the healing I’ve been receiving goes beyond the physical. I am beginning to acknowledge my emotions and to release old wounds, rather than just coping. The beauty of the release is that I don’t need to know who caused me harm, or who needs my forgiveness. I don’t need to place blame on anyone.

Many of Dr. Hans’ adjustments have helped me to emotionally release, without knowing what I was releasing. This, I know, will sound strange to anyone who has not experienced an adjustment, but as an example:

I was aware that several of Dr. Hans’ adjustments gave me a feeling of sadness, tightness in my chest and in my throat. But I wouldn’t let go and cry, and I didn’t know why I was so sad. Then one day I actually did release. I just began sobbing, again not knowing why I was so sad. And Dr. Hans was there to assist and assure me. I was so confused afterwards, wanting to know “what I was crying about”…(like that mattered). Dr. Hans assured me that the healing had taken place, and there was no need to analyze it. I felt such a weight lifted and felt such happiness for the balance of the day.

“That’s not the only miracle.”

I started coming to Dr. Hans 2-1/2 months ago for chronic shoulder and neck pain. In spite of my friends’ testimonials about how wonderful his treatments were, I was very skeptical that he could help me. But I was also desperate, because after trying physical therapy, massage, biofeedback, and conventional chiropractic, my shoulder pain had increased.

Almost immediately my shoulder pain decreased and range of motion increased. Most of the time I am not even aware of any pain!

But that’s not the only miracle! In the past 2-1/2 months I have felt almost like a different person. I am breathing differently, am more aware of my posture, and feel a sense of vitality I haven’t felt in years. Not only have I noticed the change in myself, others have remarked on it, too. Just last week while with a group of acquaintances, one of them said that I have changed in the last couple of months. Another said, “Yeah, you used to be kind of negative.” Although I wasn’t happy to hear that comment, I couldn’t deny it.

I don’t know how it works, but I know that D.r Hans’ healing powers do work. And I am looking forward to more personal growth through his sessions in the future.

“I am warmer than ever.”

When I first began care at Lifesource Network Chiropractic, I was in so much back pain I could only lie down in bed on my side. I was using a heating pad and ice but still found no relief. I also had very poor circulation; I slept with 10 blankets on my bed. I also noticed I had zero tolerance to stress and felt I was losing patience with almost everyone in my life.

Now, after only 4 weeks (I noticed a difference after only 2 treatments) I am warmer than ever (only 2 blankets), I feel no strain in my back, I sit straighter, I breathe from my stomach all the way through, and, best of all, I feel calm and have released the stress in my life.

Lifesource is a slice of heaven!
